LuxDev (Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency), Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso · janv. 2025 – aujourd’hui · 1 an 11 mois- Lead the design and delivery of digital solutions for the Benkadi Baara programme (BKF/301), which supports the training and labour-market insertion of 35,000 young people.
- Ran several weeks of user research and co-design with programme teams, training centres and partners before development, to ground each tool in real needs and workflows.
- Designed and deployed a custom platform to track training centres, learners, funding agreements and results reporting, used to monitor programme progress.
- Work with the national authorities in charge of youth and vocational training, regulatory authorities and the Ministry of Digital Transition to align digital tools with national systems and policies.
- Built a matchmaking platform connecting companies, vocational training centres and young graduates, and a WhatsApp chatbot guiding young people towards green and greening jobs.
- Integrated a vehicle GPS tracking solution to monitor routes, fuel use and safety alerts for field missions in high-risk areas.
